The presentation
My bread comes from agriculture BIO (quality certification FRANCE). It is hand made with natural yeast for cooking in a wood oven.
It contains no pesticides or chemical additives. It is a living food, nourishing and healthy. Breads and half whole rye flour contains more fiber, vitamins and minerals than white flour.
The sourdough bread is also more digestible because its long fermentation acts as a pre-digestion that makes the nutrients more assimilable. It also develops an acidity and flavor to the bread that ensure a better conservation.
